We have robust mentorship programs at the associate and student level, including regular training, lunches, and acknowledgments of superior mentorship by our lawyers.

Comments	We have a team of highly experienced legal professionals who oversee our all aspects of professional development, composed of a Partner/Director of Associate and Student Programs, a Director of Professional Resources, and a Coordinator of Associate and Student Programs. Our students and lawyers are very well supported.
