Comments	Professional development at BD&P includes mentorship, hands-on experience, funded internal and external education sessions, secondment opportunities, and formal and informal feedback. Students rotate through a variety of practice areas, receiving feedback after each rotation. Practice fundamentals are imparted during articling with the intention of preparing newly minted associates the foundation they need to quickly assume responsibility on files and continue to grow.
